Ioxiz warrants that the POS Machine, Thermal Printer, and Scanner (the "Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product, Ioxiz will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part or Product without charge for parts or labor. The repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remaining warranty period of the original Product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, or any other cause beyond the control of Ioxiz. It also does not cover consumable items such as paper, ink cartridges, or batteries.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact Ioxiz's customer service department and provide proof of purchase. Ioxiz will provide you with instructions on how to return the Product to us for repair or replacement.

You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the Product to Ioxiz for warranty service, including packaging, insurance, and shipping charges. Ioxiz will pay for return shipping of the repaired or replaced Product to you.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Product, and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Ioxiz be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, or any other economic or commercial damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
